Dr Amanda's New Book Is Out!
The Don't Go Hungry Diet has been followed up by a new book titled Don't Go Hungry For Life. Dr Amanda Sainsbury-Salis, PhD has written her second book on how to lose weight and keep it off. She is Australia's leading weight loss scientist, offering help to people who struggle with yo-yo dieting and long term weight loss.
After attending one of her workshops at UTS, Sydney two years back, I have managed to keep my weight down to where it naturally should be, It has been a long process, and requires a change in attitude towards food. Food no longer controls me, I control it. Eating out of bordem is a thing of the past, a dangerous habit that has been quashed! Skipping meals is NOT the way to lose weight and keep it off, neither is denying yourself certain foods that you love.
