PRICING

Thank you for choosing me as your Personal Trainer!! To help all your training sessions run smoothly and to get the most out of your fitness experience, I would like you to take a little time and read this information sheet. These are the Rates as of November 2011.

Being Prepared

Please come at least five minutes before your training session is due to start. Dress in comfortable training gear, wear a hat, bring a towel, a bottle of water and deodorant. It is recommended that you eat 2 hours prior to exercising. Now you are ready to work out!!!

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you can’t make your session, please call or text me 2 hours prior. If you don’t, you will be charged for the session. There is also a 50% cancellation fee on all outstanding sessions. If I can’t give you 2 hours notice of a cancellation, you will receive a FREE training session. Please be on time for your session. If you are late the session will still finish on time. If I am late you will receive a FREE training session.

Bring A Friend

Friends and couples can train together for the price of one! (max 2 people) So you both can reap the benefits and split the costs. Group training and Bootcamps are available...just ask.

 

SINGLE SESSION RATES:

30 min session --- $40

60 min session --- $80

 

TRAINING PACKS:

 

Go Hard Packs

5 sessions + 1 free x 30min sessions $200

5 sessions + 1 free x 60min sessions $400

Warrior Packs

10 sessions + 2 free x 30min sessions $400

10 sessions + 2 free 60min sessions $800

 

* Training packs require an upfront payment of the total amount.

* All prepaid sessions must be used within a 12 month period.
