INDOOR TRAINING

Don’t let the wet weather get you down and deter you from your fitness goals. An effective workout can be done in the comfort of your own living room or office. Chairs can be used to do push ups, tricep dips and step ups. Crunches can be performed on the floor with an exercise mat if you need that extra support. Use the corridor for walking lunges and the stairs for a bit of a cardio vascular workout. Imagination is your only limitation! If you want to build a bit more strength then you'll need some weights. Remember the more muscle mass you have, the more fat your body will burn! Strength training improves posture, increases bone density, boosts your metabolism, and will make those shopping bags feel as light as a feather.
