OUTDOOR TRAINING

Outdoor Personal Training is one of the best ways to keep fit and stay motivated. If you love the outdoors, or just want to get out of the office or alter your gym training routine, then an outdoor training session could be just the thing. A wide range of exercises can be performed outdoors. Check out my outdoor training clip for some ideas. Both strength and cardio vascular training are incorporated into an outdoor training session.
